What are Fine Art Giclée Prints?

Giclée prints offer high-quality reproductions. They involve the use of art papers, without acidity, and pigment inks. This combination guarantees the quality of the rendering as well as a long-term preservation of 100 years.

 

Where are the Prints made?

The team of LAMA handles the printing and shipping of my Art Prints, their workshop is based in Paris, France. All your prints are carefully checked by their team before leaving their workshop so as to ensure the best quality.

 

What type of packaging do they use?

LAMA takes very good care of your prints. Their team carefully packs your orders with high-quality and sustainable packagings only. They use bio-sourced cardboard, bubble wrap, scotch tape and packaging to protect your artworks.

 

How do I return my order?

You have 14 days to contact LAMA after receiving your orders if you wish to make a return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. All return requests should be sent by email at [email protected]. Please add me in copy so that I can be informed and refund you as soon as LAMA has refunded me.

Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive by email a return shipping slip to be printed and sticked on the packaging (make sure to properly protect the different items). Once the items returned at LAMA’s workshop and carefully checked, you will be refunded from the corresponding returned item amount minus the return shipping costs, directly on your bank account used for the order within a week.

 

My order has arrived damaged - what should I do?

All the orders are carefully checked and packed by the team at LAMA before leaving their workshop – but sometimes it can happen that damages occurs during transportation.

Never accept a package from the courier if you see that the packaging has been opened or damage.

Customers have 14 days to contact LAMA after receiving their orders if they wish to make a return. All return requests should be sent by email at [email protected]. Please send them pictures witnessing the damages on the product or packaging.

Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive by email a return shipping slip to be printed and sticked on the packaging (make sure to properly protect the different items). Once the items has returned to their workshop, LAMA will proceed to the new product shipping ASAP. You will receive an email once it is shipped to track its delivery.

 

Cancellation

You can cancel your order and have it refunded if your item hasn’t been shipped yet by LAMA, please send me an email at [email protected] as soon as possible.
